Go ask them what the millage rate is.
Mortgage calculators are almost always accurate - but use 2 different ones and make sure you enter the information accurately. You are right they don’t include taxes and insurance. You will have to add them as well as utilities - heating, electricity, water - which some renters do not pay for.
