    Go to. Click on mortgage and that can help you decide how much you can afford.

    i would say if you make more then 100,000 a yr you can afford a house thats 200 grand that should be resonable

    wow, is this a house, is there really houses that cheap in southern california???

    i would say with 40,000 down payment you would need to be making around 60,000 per year atleast,

    your payment will probably be about 2,000 per month including taxes and insurance.
