    If you can afford a house while you’re in grad school, it’s better, financially, to pay off your school loans, and put off buying a house until later.

    I did. I already had a house while I worked on my masters and working 40 hours. While pregnant, BTW….It’s all about how you manage you mange money and time. I did online courses too. It is possible.

    sure! why not all you have to do is find a house within your budget… I take on-line courses and yes I do think its a little hard but its more convenient
